We love food and we hate crappy kitchens, so we've made somewhere everyone can eat.

I'm Jenny - I know what working in kitchens can be like; hot, loud, plates and insults flying about and a general hatred of anyone with a food allergy or intolerance.

My aim is to change that and make amazing food that just happens to be 100% gluten free!

Which lets me shout and scream at for other reasons...
